This stainless steel counterweight bar extension supplied as standard with Sky-watcher NEQ6 mounts.
It balances the telescopes up to 10″ on an EQ6 mount without excessive counterbalance weight.
The polished shaft screws onto the existing counterweight shaft extending it’s length 18.5 cm (7.3″). The extension is 18mm in diameter with an M12 thread.
Note: This Extension will not fit the earlier Sky-Watcher ‘EQ6’ counterweight shaft.
Note: This might fit Skywatcher HEQ5 mounts but only newer ones, please check the diameter and thread dimensions above to see if it matches your mount.
